Is the 50% support automatically approved?
No. The GoBusiness listing shows 50% support for SMEs, but every application is assessed and approved by the relevant authority.
Can we pay Zenwice before submitting the application?
No payment or deposit should be made before application submission. Retrospective applications are not supported.
How long does PSG processing take?
Enterprise Singapore states that applications are generally processed in about six weeks after all required information has been submitted.
Which social platforms can we choose?
Package 1 supports any two of Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Package 2 supports any two of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
Which package is suitable for us?
